Casa Collective Co. is operated by Eighty8 Holding LLC — a property management company founded in the San Gabriel Valley with a simple conviction: guests deserve more than a clean bed and a lockbox code.
We manage a growing portfolio of short-term rentals across Alhambra, the greater San Gabriel Valley, and Irvine. Every property is personally selected, thoughtfully outfitted, and actively maintained by our team.
The name reflects who we are — a collective of curated homes, managed with care and intention, rooted in the communities we serve.
